We collect information you provide directly (name, phone, email, income details when using comparison forms) and information collected automatically (IP address, browser type, pages visited via cookies and analytics).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide comparison results, pre-qualify you for financial products, send relevant offers (with your consent), improve our platform, and share qualified leads with our partner banks and NBFCs.
3. Data Sharing
We share your information with partner banks only when you click "Apply" on a product. We never sell your data to third parties. Analytics data is shared with Google Analytics and PostHog in anonymized form.
4. CIBIL / Credit Score
When you use our credit score feature, we access your credit report through authorized bureau APIs with your explicit consent. We do not perform hard inquiries — your score is not impacted.
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3) for data in transit and AES-256 for data at rest. Sensitive data like PAN numbers are encrypted at the column level.
6. Your Rights (DPDP Act 2023)
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data. You can withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email privacy@kistcompare.in.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for site functionality, analytics cookies (GA4, PostHog) to understand usage patterns, and marketing cookies (with consent) for relevant advertisements.
